IDS Letter to LBR Chief Executive

Following last Wednesday’s incident where a young boy was hit outside Ray Lodge School on Snakes Lane East, I visited the school and met with the Headteacher.

Safety at drop-off and pick-up times must improve. The closure of the Baddow Close passage has forced families onto a narrow, unsafe route - the same conditions where the accident occurred.

Read my letter to the Chief Executive below, where I’ve requested an urgent on-site meeting and called on the Council to reopen the alleyway or install guard rails, alongside traffic-calming measures on my Facebook page here: https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1CDickLawW/?mibextid=wwXIfr
